BARGE 5/6/7/8 – These 4 barges are built as a coastal type and is heavily strengthened for carrying extremely heavy cargoes like coal, iron ore, gypsum, limestone, etc. Barge no 5 and 6 have a capacity of 2325 mts and Barge no 7 and 8 have 2175 mts capacity respectively

CRANES—-Our Crane Fleet is as follows:-

P&H 655 CRAWLER—–A massive 50 MT machine ideal for log handling.

P&H 655 MOBILE —–A reconditioned and modified 50 MT machine ideal for log/ project cargo/ grains / bulk handling. Bulk grabbers can be fitted with the crane operated with ease.

P&H 555 MOBILE—–A modified 40 MT machine, very fast in operation. Ideal for bulk/logs and grain handling.

LOG GRABS – We have 2 Nos of the same purchased from MRS

GREIFER—A German company who are pioneers in grabs and allied machinery. These two grabs have a host of backup accessories for smooth operation and maintenance, including a 165 KVA shore generator. The grabs are 2, 0 m2 in dimension completely remote controlled. With these grabs our log discharge rate has improved by 200% as compared to manual discharge by slings. It can at a time pick up 15 cbm logs. The grabs are operated and maintained by foreign trained personnel. We have a zero breakdown record.

 BULK GRABS—–We have 11 state of art Bulk grabs to handle grains, minerals and metals. They range from 3.5 cbm capacity to 12 cbm capacity. We have a mixed range of mechanical as well as hydraulic remote controlled grabs that greatly enhance our capacity to discharge bulk cargo at a faster rate with minimum loss and spillage. These grabs were purchased from SMAG industries—pioneer in grab technology in the world. Fully trained personnel operate and maintain the grabs.

VOLVO LOG GRABBERS/ BULK LOADERS/SDLG BULK LOADERS – We have 03 state of art Volvo wheel loaders (L120F) with log grapplers. These machines are ideal for stacking logs and for subsequent delivery of logs on trailers. WE HAVE VERY FAST OPERATING SDLG WHEEL LOADERS (08 NOS) FOR BULK HANDLING AND VESSEL SWEEPING. These machines are supported by trained personnel, adequate stock of spare parts and consumables. These machines have revolutionized the Log handling and Coal handling operation in Kolkata dock and improved efficiency rate by 300%.

DUMPERS

We have 4 Dumpers—each having capacity of 22 mt, ten wheeler, of ASHOK LEYLAND and TATA. Extremely rugged and robust machine for dumping coal and bulk cargo in shed, railway siding.

BACKHOE LOADERS— We have 5 back hoe Loaders very ideal for sweeping of jetty and cargo hold of ships and barges /  loading of bulk cargo like sand, iron ore , coal etc in trailers. These machines are very fast and well suited for small volume of cargo handling. They are well maintained by skilled personnel.

EXCAVATORS — We have a fleet of HYUNDAI 210 LONG ARM, CATERPILLAR 320, TATA EX 200 , VOLVO 140 BLC and other machines. All immaculately maintained and operated. These are ideal for earth digging / dredging / handling Bulk cargo at dock / rake loading etc.

Apart from the above we have our own generators, welding machines and tools, trailers, sling and gear and a host of other shipping related assets. All our assets are immaculately maintained and operated 24 hours a day in rotating shifts.

SDLG

We have a fleet of SDLG loaders ideal for vessel sweeping/ barge sweeping. Extremely fast and capable machine with volvo engines.
